We understand that when a client reaches out to us, he or she can be experiencing one of the most stressful times of their life …

The firm therefore ensures that its team of lawyers and their support staff continue to upgrade their skills, not only in their specialist area of law, but also in communication and in the areas of client support and management.
Robert Lehn was amongst the first solicitors in Queensland to obtain Specialist Accreditation from the Queensland Law Society (QLS) in property law. Kate Keating, Alexis Vaughan and Sasha Sarai are all Accredited Specialists in the area of family law. Kate is also recognised as a Nationally Accredited Mediator.

Solicitors who have attained accreditation through the QLS are recognised as solicitors “who demonstrate enhanced skills, superior knowledge, significant experience and a high proficiency in established legal speciality areas”.

The firm therefore ensures that its team of lawyers and their support staff continue to upgrade their skills, not only in their specialist area of law, but also in communication and in the areas of client support and management.
