When Sharon Fletcher got the idea for White Bohemian more than 12 years ago, she wasn’t just opening a clothing store, she was bottling the feeling of endless summers and having it stitched into the very fabric of her business.
“Having been in fashion my entire career, I wanted to share the style I’ve always embraced and loved; the kind that comes with chasing summer holidays and the carefree spirit,” says Sharon.
Since 2013, White Bohemian has been an oasis of free-spirited bohemian fashion accessories, and homewares. It’s a destination that blends timeless, authentic style with the latest on-trend pieces.
From the moment you step inside, you can picture yourself on a sun-soaked Greek island escape, where whitewashed curves, soft lighting, and effortless elegance create a serene, luxurious atmosphere. The store is stocked with a carefully curated mix of brands that echo the summer as well as an in-house label designed by Sharon.
“Customers come to the store knowing they will find something they love and receive honest and helpful service,” she says. “I also design my own label, Cabo Summer State of Mind, which is created for those who want pack in style for any tropical destination.”
They are one of the largest stockists of the cult-favourite label Spell, alongside other standouts like Temple of the Sun and Alemais.
“I love supporting smaller Australian brands for a point of difference,” says Sharon.
“Over the years, Spell has been incredibly popular, so much so that we’ve had customers lined up on launch days.”
For shoppers who visit White Bohemian, that holiday feeling is undeniable, surrounded by breezy clothing, crochet dresses, gypsy jewellery, and the unmistakeable bohemian glow.

Currently, White Bohemian employs a close-knit team of five, all of whom share Sharon’s passion for customer connection and laid-back luxury, including two who have been with the business for ten years.
“Along with our loyal and friendly customers that continue to support my small business, one of my favourite things is having two team members by my side for a decade,” she says. “We have shared so many memories and had some celebrities shop with us and we celebrate every year trying to outdo the year prior.”
