The Melbourne Cup is known as the race that stops the nation, and this year, Mercedes-Benz Gold Coast’s exclusive event brought that phrase to life in spectacular style.
Hosted at the Gold Coast Turf Club, this gathering was not just about the horses—it was a celebration of high fashion, fine dining and fabulous company.
But the true stars of the scene were the 110 impeccably dressed guests, who turned heads in bold race day attire, from statement fascinators to perfectly tailored suits.
Sponsored by Pacific Fair Shopping Centre and hosted by cycling legend Robbie McEwen, our guests were greeted with welcome drinks and a delicious array of canapes to whet their appetites for the next few courses.
While the horses may have been the stars of the tracks, the second most anticipated race of the day was none other than Fashions on the Field.
Guests turned the catwalk into a parade of style, showcasing their finest race day looks. The winners strutted away with not only bragging rights but also a fabulous prize.
